We are thrilled to invite you to an exclusive reception and music demonstration featuring Keshet Eilon Music Center.
This special event offers a unique opportunity to hear firsthand about Keshet Eilon’s vision to nurture young string musicians and promote harmony through music.
The Keshet Eilon campus, located near the Lebanese border, continues to pursue its mission despite the difficulties experienced over the past year.
Artists:
Ben Adler, Violinist
Ben Adler is a renowned violinist who played with the Australian Chamber Orchestra for several years before founding Chutney and the Nomad String Quartet. He is the Musical Curator at Emanuel Synagogue, and Shir-the Australian Jewish Music Festival. His energy to platform the highest quality music and musicians saw “Songs of Hope” debut at the Sydney Town Hall.
Chris Pidcock, Cellist
Canberra cellist Christopher Pidcock earned his Bachelor of Music from the Tasmanian Conservatorium and completed advanced studies at Sydney University. A Churchill Fellowship took him to Germany in 2007. He joined the Sydney Symphony Orchestra in 2012 after studying in Chicago. Highlights include international performances and numerous awards.
Eli Vanunu, Saxophonist
Saxophonist Eli Vanunu has performed widely across Israel, USA, Canada, France, Poland, and Australia. He founded the Vanunu Ethno-Jazz Ensemble. Eli holds a music degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and a teaching degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Jean Judes, Chair of Keshet Eilon
Made aliya in 1977 from South Africa. As the former Executive Director of Beit Issie Shapiro, Israel’s leading nonprofit organization in the field of disabilities, she impacted over 500,000 people annually. As Chair of Keshet Eilon’s Board of Directors since 2022, Jean’s passion is strengthening Israel’s leadership and rich heritage in classical music for young musicians from Israel and abroad.
Nitza Avidan, CEO of Keshet Eilon.
Born and raised in Givatayim, Israel, Nitza Avidan holds a BA and MA in Business Management. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has served Keshet Eilon for a decade, starting as VP of Operations and Finance before becoming CEO. Her dedication to nurturing young musicians and fostering cross-cultural connections inspires her daily work.
While this is primarily an informational event, we welcome your support in helping Keshet Eilon continue its vital work in music education and cultural exchange.
