Financial Support for Keshet Eilon Music Center
Most of the activities of the Keshet Eilon Music Center are funded by donations from foundations, commercial bodies, government ministries and generous private donors. However, these sources do not cover on-going expenses nor the budget requirements for new construction, not in the near term and certainly not in the long term.
In order to make up the shortfall, the center organizes fund-raising concerts in both Israel and abroad, in concert halls and in private homes, from which all proceeds are dedicated to financing development and construction. Many friends from among Keshet Eilon supporters have hosted such concerts in their homes, and Friends organizations in several major cities around the world have arranged for concert halls or other suitable venues to be made available for these concerts. In this way, musical events have been held over the years in places such as New York, Geneva, Chicago, Paris, Los Angeles, Miami and Sydney, as well as at various venues around Israel. Young, promising musicians, graduates of Keshet Eilon, have appeared on a voluntary basis at these concerts, alongside guest artists and faculty members such as Haggai Shaham, Ani Schnarch, Vadim Gluzman and Shmuel Ashkenasi.
Donations to Keshet Eilon of any size are essential for the development of the center, to maintain current activities and to finance programs of the finest possible quality.
