Committees
The Keshet Eilon Amuta (Organization), founded in 1991, is led by an elected board of directors headed by Jean Judes and operates through various subcommittees, with all its members serving on a volunteer basis. The music director of Keshet Eilon is Prof. Itzhak Rashkovsky of the Royal College of Music of London, and The Founser of KE Gilad Sheba, a member of Kibbutz Eilon and the son of one of its founders. He is assisted by CEO Nitza Avidan.
